Services and prices

Wellness paradise offer the services Reiki, power therapy, guidance, coaching, mindfulness experience, and custom made services per customer request. the descriptions of the services are listed under ‘‘services’’. if you have any questions about the services you may send an e-mail.

discounts may occur during limited time periods. To make use of the discount you need to use the discount code specified.

prices may be changed over time, but does not affect bookings that have already been made.

Location

the services are offered two ways:

1. at kuskvillans hälsa, located at residensgatan 1a, 90330, umeå, sweden. if you have any difficulties finding your way, contact me via e-mail or phone (listed at the top of this page).

2. digitally. The digital sessions are held through google meets.

Use of service

I reserve the right to deny or terminate access to the services in the event of suspected misuse, violation of these terms, or other improper conduct, such as harassment or disrespectful behavior towards the service provider.

booking

Bookings are made through the online booking system. Payment is required to fulfill the booking.

after booking, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with information about the booked service. A day prior to your appointment, a reminder e-mail will be sent to you.

the customer is responsible for sharing correct contact information, and if no e-mail has reached the inbox, please check the spam folder or contact wellness paradise via e-mail.

payment

the Available payment processors are stripe and paypal.

The customer is responsible for being aware of the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, in order to recieve a refund. if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, no refund will be made.

the appointment may be rescheduled for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, given that there are available time slots to reschedule the appointment to.

if the customer do not show up to the session without cancelling or rescheduling on time, regardless of the reason, there will be no refund or option to reschedule. instead the customer may book a new session. If you cannot attend the session, please let me know via e-mail as soon as possible.

if Wellness paradise for some reason have to cancel the session, the customer will be given the option to reschedule or to recieve a full refund.

if the session has to be cancelled for reasons outside of our control, like for example natural disaster, fire, war, power outage, etc, the customer may choose between rescheduling the session or recieving a refund. Or, if possible, wellness paradise may offer an alternative solution.

you do not have the right to recieve a refund if you are not satisfied with the session.

refunds will be made to the original payment method of the purchase.

responsibilities

the services i offer are complementary methods. it is your responsibility to consult a licensed health care practitioner about any health concerns you may have.

you are responsible for how you interpret the information shared during sessions, how you use it, and the actions you take as a result.

there are no guarantees of any specific results. results will vary between individuals.

intellectual property rights

all material shared on this website, via newsletters, and through the services provided, are for personal, not commersial, use. it is not allowed to copy, spread or sell the material.

in case of violation of these terms, legal action may be taken.

Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.

if the customer is not satisfied with the session, they are advised to contact wellness paradise through e-mail, to attempt to resolve the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the customer may turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for an impartial review.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or via ARN, the matter may be heard by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.
