I offer private sessions at Kuskvillans Hälsa in Umeå, online sessions and recorded video sessions.
If you choose the recorded video session, you may choose to be anonymous. You do not have to give your real name. Since I connect to your energy field, it is not necessary to know who your are.

My monthly mentorship program allows you to dive deeper. It consists of 2 sessions per month and you may choose how many months you want to commit to.

what is between you and the freedom you dream of is inner blockages. these blockages come from unresolved trauma, and limitations put upon you from society and the people around you.
regardless if your challenge looks like physical, mental, emotional or spiritual pain, illness or struggle, it all comes from an imbalance within you.
i will help you shift the imbalance behind your struggle, using energy. i work primarily with reiki energy, which is the powerful energy that creates life and makes a flower bloom, also called life force energy. I channel this energy where it is needed for blockages to be resolved.
there is energy behind everything. think of it as energy being the code which programs the game you are playing. if the code is broken, then the game will not function properly. if you have blockages on an energetic level, you will experience struggle or illness. In this session, healing takes place by removing energetic blockages and tuning your frequency to that of health and wellness.
There is also time in the session for you to talk about your pain, if you wish. At the end of the session you will recieve customized homework for you to continue the healing, if you wish to do so.
I also do healing on animals, places, or if you want, you may ask for another person to recieve the healing.

1) It is completely customized to you, your situation and your needs. During the session I use my intuition and knowledge to create the ultimate healing session just for you, depending on what it is that you most need to heal.
2) The therapy works on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, conscious and unconscious parts of you, using different exercises and healing modalities to reach all of these aspects of self during a single session.
3) It consists of methods such as Energy Healing and Activations, Intuitive Guidance, Subconscious Reprogramming, Personal Empowerment, Trauma Release, Safely Facing Fears, and Practical Homework.
Every session is unique and designed to help you overcome your biggest struggles.

If you do not know what your passion is, or what your dream looks like, then we will first investigate together. with the help of my ability to read you like a book and see what your talents are, and the questions i will ask you, you will realize what your life purpose is. And if you already know, I will help make your dreams reality.
A big part in why many people never follow their dreams is because of the limiting beliefs they have of themselves and the world, fears and inner blockages. So we will work on removing all obstacles stopping you from following your dreams. Then we will use manifestation techniques and practical action plan to make your dreams happen.
When you do what you love, you are the happiest, the most successful version of yourself. And you have the greatest impact on the world. The world needs you, and your talents, to create a better world.

This session is designed for your pleasure. Enjoy a relaxing experience where you get to recieve pleasurable stimulation of all of your senses.
I use ASMR triggers, massage, strokes, sensory stimulation, and more, to make your whole body tingle and your nervous system calm down.
This will help you feel pleasure, enjoyment and to be more present in your your daily life. every moment offers things for us to enjoy, if we just tune in and notice.

Do you want help with changing your life? or do you want to achieve a specific goal?
we will get clear on what you want, and what you don’t want. And then we will work on making your desires reality through first healing the blockages standing in your way. Then, with the use of law of attraction techniques you will become a magnet for your desires. and finally, i will guide you to take the practical action that will create the reality you want.

Using my intuition I will give you guidance, clarity and insights.
You may ask for guidance within a specific area, on a certain situation, or you may ask for the guidance most helpful to you in this moment. You do not have to share any information with me.

Do you wish to connect to someone in spirit? May it be a passed over loved one you wish to talk to, a living person or animal, an angel, ascended master, god or goddess. May it be for healing, closure, insights, communication, guidance, for you to feel the love, etc. I will channel the communication from the spirit of your choice to you, and facilitate the conversation.
